Day 1 to Day 5 - Reading Assignments
Now that you all have experienced the 5-day workshop on Organizational Learning, please take time to read the following books that are related to the discipline of Personal Mastery.
1) Chapter 8 - The Art & Practice of the Learning Organization
2) Whole Book - The Lemming Dilemma
Upon finishing your read, please take time to reflect on your readings. A reflective question will be posted on Day 5 at 1200hrs on this weblog. All students are to post their reflections based on the questions that will be posted here. Have a nice week reading and reflecting!
